CHMC 4LZ-8B1Combine Harvester Shift Maintenance

2020-09-26

1.Engine shift maintenance should be carried out in accordance with the "Instruction Manual for Diesel Engines".

2.Thoroughly inspect and clean the entangled grass in all parts of the combine, as well as blockages such as bran, wheat grass, broken stems, etc., especially the reel, cutter, feeding auger entanglement, and threshing In the triangle area of the room, the weak air flow blockages on both sides of the upper and lower screens, the sediments near the engine base, etc., especially the mud on the input wheel of the gearbox (which affects the balance).

3.Check the engine air cleaner basin type coarse filter and the main filter element (paper filter element), as well as the dust collection condition of the radiator grid. The basin type coarse filter should also be removed at any time depending on the fullness of dust accumulation, and the radiator grid depends on the degree of blockage. Purge and increase the number of cleanings during the shift if necessary.

  4.Check and prevent food leakage.

5.Check the condition of various fasteners, including the adapter sleeve nuts and fixing bolts, eccentric sleeves, engine power output pulleys, drive axle output pulleys, and swing rings Case input pulley, first stage gear wheel bolt shaft cotter pin, running wheel fixing bolt, engine base fixing bolt condition.

6.Inspect the blade guards and moving blades for wear, damage, and looseness, as well as cutting gaps.

7.Check the tension of the cross-chain conveyor harrow.

8.Check the tension of the V-tape.

9.Check the tension of the transmission chain. When the middle part of the loose edge is pulled strongly, the chain should have a deflection of 20-30mm.

10.Check the oil level of the hydraulic system oil tank, and whether there are any oil leaks in the joints and the working conditions between the actuators.

11.Check the reliability of the braking system and whether the axle shafts on both sides of the gearbox move (there is a periodic collision sound when walking).
