If unfiltered air enters the engine, it will increase cylinder wear and reduce engine life.
2．Depending on the environmental conditions during operation, regularly observe the fullness of dust in the transparent strainer. The fullness must be cleaned up to about 80%, otherwise, it will affect the initial filtration efficiency of the system, increase the burden on the paper core, and then increase the system resistance, or even suck the filter element.
3．The filter is equipped with an alarm. When dust deposits on the paper core to the specified value, the driving dashboard indicator light and buzzer will alarm at the same time. At this time, the air filter must be stopped and maintained.
4．When maintaining the air filter, follow the warning regulations on the air filter housing to remove the dust from the paper filter element. The safety element temporarily protects the paper filter element from damage and requires no maintenance. After repeated maintenance, the paper filter element fan has serious deformation, folding, etc., you must replace the new filter element and replace the safety element at the same time. After maintenance, you must tighten all seal bolts to maintain the correct position of the sealing rubber pad. It prohibited the use of low-quality filter.
5．The opening clearance of the dust extraction bag should be no more than 1mm. The rubber should be replaced without a certain stiffness and aging deformation. Blocking during work is strictly prohibited, otherwise it should be cleaned up in time.
