In order to pursue better performance of the products, he will also visit the homes of users around the world to understand their needs, explain the little knowledge of agricultural machinery maintenance for them, and sometimes go to the ground to help them solve problems. According to his recollection, when he went to a user's house in Wengniute Banner, Inner Mongolia, he happened to catch a heavy snow and blocked the road. At that time, the user reported that his four-row corn machine had a small problem and needed to replace parts. In order to get to the user's home as soon as possible, they went on foot and solved the problem in time for the user. The user was impressed by his professionalism and expressed his heartfelt thanks to him. Xiao Fei felt that he played his value in the professional field, and he liked it.
