Summer is the peak period for the use of rice harvesters. It is also necessary for Zui to pay attention. Please pay attention to the following points!
1. Strictly prevent the temperature of the power unit from being too high. The high temperature in summer affects the horsepower of the power department. In the case of use, the power unit is “opened”. In most cases, the water tank is short of water, but at this time, the cooling water must not be added immediately, otherwise the cylinder head or cylinder will burst. The correct way: stop running, run at low speed, wait until the water temperature drops to about 70 degrees, then slowly add clean cooling water. Overloading, not only does the water temperature rise quickly, but it also easily damages the machine. Therefore, under normal circumstances, the load should be controlled at about 90%, leaving 10% as a load reserve to cope with the short-time overload caused by the uphill or farmland resistance changes.
2. Strictly prevent the fuel used is not right. The viscosity of the lubricating oil changes with the temperature, and the viscosity decreases when the temperature rises. Therefore, in the summer, the diesel engine oil with higher viscosity should be replaced. In addition, the freezing point grade diesel oil should be selected according to the use environment, so that the price is low and the cost can be reduced.
3. Strictly prevent high tire pressure. In the high temperature season, the temperature difference between day and night is large. When the temperature rises, the air thermal expansion volume increases, and the tire pressure rises, which easily causes tire blasting and causes unnecessary economic loss. Therefore, the inflation of the tires in summer should be 5%-7% lower than that in winter, and the air pressure should never be allowed to exceed the standard pressure of the tires.
4. Strictly prevent the scale of the power department from being too thick. The water jacket scale of the power section is too thick, which will reduce the heat dissipation efficiency by 30%-40%, which may cause the power section to overheat, causing the power section to deteriorate, the horsepower to decrease, and the injector to be stuck, resulting in a serious accident. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly remove scale and maintain good cooling performance.
5. Strictly prevent the fan belt from being loose. When the temperature is high, the tension of the fan belt is reduced, causing the belt to slip, the transmission loss is increased, and the belt is easily damaged. Therefore, in summer, the cold belt adjustment power unit fan belt tension is slightly higher than the standard value.
6. Strictly prevent air blockage in the oil brake pipe. Some transport tractors use hydraulic brakes. In the summer with high temperature, the brake circuit of the oil brake is prone to air resistance, which seriously affects the braking effect. Therefore, in use, one must ensure the full amount of brake oil, and secondly, the pipeline should be prevented from leaking. When the air is drained in time.
7. Strictly prevent fuel system air resistance. The higher the temperature, the faster the fuel (especially gasoline) evaporates, and the easier it is to form a gas barrier in the oil circuit. The diesel engine may also cause air resistance due to the lack of tight oil passage. Therefore, the oil circuit should be unblocked and the oil leakage should be eliminated. Once the oil path creates a gas resistance, stop immediately to cool down, and pull the hand oil pump to exhaust the fuel filter and the air in the oil circuit from the exhaust hole to make the oil circuit full of fuel.
8, strictly prevent circuit oxidation failure. In summer, the temperature is high and the humidity is high. The battery will generate hydrogen and water vapor during operation. If the vent hole is blocked, the internal pressure of the battery will rise and cause the explosion, so it should be dredged regularly. In the air with high temperature and humidity, the battery pole is easy to oxidize, resulting in faults such as poor contact, no power in the whole car, difficulty in starting, and malfunction of the electrical system. The terminal should be removed from the pole pile, and the oxide layer should be polished with an abrasive cloth or a saw blade to eliminate the clean and secure installation. In order to prevent the poles from being oxidized again, grease or Vaseline can be applied after the installation is strong to facilitate the isolation of air.
