1. Maintenance measures

1.1 Maintenance before harvester operation

Before the harvester is started, first fill the oil and water according to the instructions, check whether the battery is fully charged, check whether the line is good, check the tightness of the belt and its chain, adjust if necessary according to the instructions; open the threshing part back cover Check whether the threshing rack is excessively worn, whether the auger is blocked by foreign matter, and whether the screen is damaged. If problems are found, it should be cleaned and repaired in time. When the chassis is inspected, first use the jack to support the body and check the tightness of the track. Swing the wheel such as the driving wheel by hand to see if the clearance is too large. If necessary, adjust and repair according to the instructions. The lubrication parts should be lubricated according to the instructions. The clearance of each part of the harvester should be adjusted according to the requirements of the manual. Clearance between the knives, threshing gap, trough clearance, service brake clearance, clutch and bearing clearance, agitator blade and header floor clearance, and adjust the tension of the chain and belt as required; check fuel, oil, hydraulic Whether the amount of oil, brake fluid, and coolant is sufficient and the quality and quantity of the engine oil pan, high pressure oil pump, and hydraulic oil; check the oil pressure gauge, Temperature tables, the electrical system is working properly.

1.2 Maintenance in field operations

Lubrication parts shall be lubricated according to the requirements of the manual. In particular, the cutter shall be added to the fixed knife and the fixed knife at a time of 2~3 h. If an abnormality occurs during the operation, the engine shall be shut down immediately to check for abnormalities. Blocked places should be cleaned up in time, damaged places should be replaced in time, can not hold the habit of dragging and dragging, continue to be ruthless, so as not to cause damage to other good parts; in the process of use, always check whether oil and water meet the requirements When it is insufficient, it should be added in time.

1.3 Maintenance after field work

1.3.1 Open the engine water tank drain switch, drain the water, inject a proper amount of cleaning oil into the cylinder, and turn the flywheel several turns. Check the parts for looseness or damage. If it is loose, it should be fastened, and if it is damaged, it should be replaced and repaired after maintenance.

1.3.2 Clean up the deposit on the surface. Weeds, straw, dust, and oil in the header, bridge, granary, and engine exterior should be cleaned up. Remove the upper screen, the lower screen and the tail screen in the screen box, clean the weeds and dust in the bottom of the cleaning chamber and the screen box, rinse with tap water, dry and then drive into the hangar.

1.3.3 Remove all the triangular tape, wipe it clean, attach the label, hang it on the wall inside the hangar, remove the chain, put it in diesel oil, clean it, apply oil or butter, and store it in a dry and ventilated place.

1.3.4 Add butter to each transmission bearing. For friction parts, such as reel, auger telescopic rod sleeve, tensioning screw, etc., apply oil or butter to prevent corrosion. For rust exposed parts and paint The ground that has been worn away should be repainted after rust removal.

2. Idle to save

The use of combine harvesters is seasonal and long idle. To maintain the good technical state of the harvester and effectively extend its service life, quality maintenance during the idle phase is very important.

2.1 Remove all the belts, scrub them, apply talcum powder, hang the labels indicating the specifications and transmission parts, and hang them on the inner wall of the library; remove all the roller chains, clean them with diesel or kerosene, drain After drying, put it in waste oil for about 30 minutes (or soak for 48 hours in waste oil), remove the oil, drain it, add it to the warmed melted butter, and wrap it in kraft paper or oil-resistant film. Store in a dry and ventilated place.

2.2 When the harvester is idle, remove dust, straw, seed meal and other debris as soon as possible, and then rinse the whole machine with pressurized water (belts, electrical appliances, etc. must be removed before cleaning) and dry. For exposed metal parts (such as the parts of the cutting part), the surface of the machine can be coated with a layer of waste engine oil and affixed with a newspaper to protect the paint. The paint stripping part is best applied with the same color of paint.

2.3 Store the harvester in a dry, ventilated, high-hardened garage and support it with a wooden pier at the solid frame near the tire. The four support points should be on the same level to avoid deformation of the frame. The height of the support is 20~50 mm from the ground, and 2/3 of the gas in the tire is released to avoid premature aging of the tire. Put the harvesting table down and pad with the sleeper to fully retract the plunger rod of the hydraulic cylinder into the hydraulic cylinder to remove the load from the hydraulic pump. Loosen the header buffer spring adjustment bolts to a free state.

In summary, in general, the maintenance of the diesel filter must be resolutely maintained according to the time and operation specified in the instruction manual. If the working environment is bad, the maintenance cycle must be advanced. Disassembly, inspection, and maintenance must be carried out in strict accordance with the regulations. It must not be considered that the various filters do not have much effect. Otherwise, the diesel engine cannot maintain the technical state intact, the function cannot be functioned normally, and even the diesel engine can be greatly reduced. life span.
