On September 10, 2020, on the Teacher’s Day in China, an agent from Kyrgyzstan came to CHMC to inspect and ship the 4-row corn combine harvester. We had an efficient and fruitful day.
After the on-site machine inspection, the corn harvesting platform and the fruit selection system were operating normally, and the fruit box were raised and unloaded smoothly. We were made the operation inspection of the whole machine, and the agent was very satisfied with the effect of the machine. Then, we started the dis-assembly process of the machine.
The dis-assembly was doing by front-line production technicians and engineers at the same time, and each part was completely video-shot. The process was very smooth. At the same time, the engineers gave detailed training to the agents on the places where the machine was difficult to disassemble.
The total weight of the 4-row corn combine harvester exceeds 6 tons, and a container loading plan needs to be formulated in advance. Each part of the machine must fit the size of the container. For the convenience of customers assembling machines, we will offer long-term after-sales tracking services to ensure smooth and safe use by customers.
The container loading was successfully completed. The customer was very satisfied with the service of the engineers and technicians and expressed the expectation of long-term cooperation.
