2023 National Agricultural Machinery Exhibition: Zhonglian's three major harvesting products "explode" the scene!

(1) Zhonglian's peanut harvesting machine with six consecutive years of market sales
The peanut machine market has finally seen gold after the "big wave". The peanut picking and harvesting machine of Zhonglian Harvesting has been a hit in the market since the beginning, with six consecutive years of sales and a market share as high as 48%.
The unique design of the picking and cutting platform with a 900mm widened overbridge provides clean picking, smooth feeding and no blockage, and greatly improves operational efficiency; the material of the overbridge conveying rake bar is thickened, and the active sprocket is made of steel. The "cutting flow + longitudinal flow double roller" fruit picking technology is adopted, which separates the seedlings and fruits thoroughly and has a low breakage rate. The new design of the whole vehicle is beautiful and generous, and the front windscreen of the cab is made of rounded glass, which has a better effect on dust and noise reduction.
Compared with the old model, the 2023 H6 cab has an additional passenger seat, which increases the driving space and facilitates cross-district operation; the diameter of the transmission clutch plate has been increased to 275mm, increasing the load-bearing capacity by 20%; the weeding system has also been upgraded. Finally, the blower speed has been increased for better grass removal. For the convenience of the operator, the 23 H6 has also been fitted with a toolbox and a hand-washing box, making the design more user-friendly.
Overall, the peanut machine with more advanced technology, thicker materials and more user-friendly design is hard not to be welcomed by users and recognized by the market.

The Xinjiang-9L grain combine harvester (hereinafter referred to as Xinjiang-9L) is a cut-flow + longitudinal flow model. After replacing the cutting deck and its accessories, it can be used for multiple purposes, harvesting different crops such as wheat, rice, grain, sorghum, corn seeds and soybeans, etc., with a wide operating range and higher profit.
The 2023 Xinjiang-9L is equipped with a 190hp engine, which is powerful and improves work efficiency; the new cab and original air conditioner make it comfortable to ride in all seasons; the cutting flow + longitudinal flow threshing system adopts an enlarged and extended longitudinal flow drum, with three adjustable drum speeds; the improved cleaning chamber is clean, with little loss and no grain run-off. The 2.3m large volume grain bin reduces the number of grain unloading times and improves harvesting efficiency; the key components have been upgraded to improve the reliability of the machine. The machine can also be equipped with a variety of options, such as one-stick operation and hydrostatic travel, giving you more choices.
(3) 4YZ-4B1 corn harvester, fighting again in the Yellow and Huaihai Sea
The 4YZ-4B1 maize harvester of Zhonglian Harvest is its latest research and development achievement, with the advantageous features of compact design, short body, strong manoeuvrability, small turning radius, easy turnaround and high harvesting efficiency.
The machine is equipped with a special crop feeder, which can be used for forced feeding, so that even fallen maize can be harvested. The wider lifters, which are arranged with the peeler in the centre, provide higher efficiency and more even peeling. This model can also be equipped with an optional roller-type cutting platform to achieve full width harvesting without alignment. It is equipped with a large-capacity hand-washing tank, which is easy to use in the field and on the way to cross-area operations and is more user-friendly.
