First, the oil should be removed when replacing the lubricant. There is a lack of some agricultural aspects of maintenance knowledge. It is necessary to know that the replacement of lubricating oil does not clean the oil passage. After the lubricating oil is used, there are many mechanical impurities in the oil. Although the lubricating oil is discharged, there will be impurities in the oil sump and the oil circuit. If you put it into such an unclean manner, it will easily lead to accidents such as burning tiles and damage to the shaft.
Second, add oil and ignore quality inspection. The long-term use of the harvester contains a large amount of oxides and metal scraps, resulting in extremely low lubrication performance and increased wear and tear on parts. Therefore, the engine must be properly regulated for oil changes.
Third, do not forget to remove the scale when adding water. The harvester operator has a sense of adding water, but never cleans the scale of the water tank, so that the cooling effect is poor when the cooling water is sufficient, resulting in various failures of the harvester.
