Inspection of the whole machine
1. If the transmission tape is fatigued or has other damage, replace it with new ones. In the use of the transmission belt damage and affect the work failure rate is high, therefore, when buying the transmission belt must choose the regular manufacturer products.
2. Check the tire for damage, such as damage should be repaired or replaced in time to ensure normal tire pressure.
3. Check the harvesting, conveying, threshing and cleaning equipment in turn. Adjust the movement, the fixed blade clearance, the reel position and the threshing gap to ensure that it works normally. If the wearing parts are used for more than two seasons, they should be replaced in time.
4. Check hydraulic and steering systems. Hydraulic oil should be replaced if it is dirty; if the hydraulic control system is working properly, if it is weak or fails to meet the requirements, the oil pump, distributor and pipeline should be inspected; if the internal leakage is serious or the gasket is damaged, it should be removed or replaced in time. . Steering gears, rod joints and kingpins should be inspected for freewheeling of the steering wheel over 30 degrees.
5. The bearings of the main parts of the harvester should be maintained one by one.
6. The whole machine is running, and observe whether there is any abnormality in the work of each part. If there is an abnormality, it should be turned off and checked out.
Wear parts and accessories are checked for wearing parts. Such as transmission belts, bearings and gaskets; the vehicle tools should be complete. Lubricate the parts according to the lubrication diagram and replace the air filter of the engine in time.
