Bearing
During daily maintenance, lubricating oil should be added as required. The small holes sealed at both ends are lubricated with grease. When reassembling and disassembling, don't knock hard, and pay special attention not to knock the outer ring of the bearing, but lightly knock the inner ring of the bearing.
Tensioner
The tension wheel is used to adjust the tension of the V-belt, which has a great effect on the harvester. The tension wheel wears a lot during operation, and most of it is on the outside of the fuselage. If it is not maintained properly, it is easy to get damp and rust. Therefore, in addition to maintaining cleanliness, the centre point should be filled with good quality lubricants every day, and the whole dish should be rubbed during the leisure season.
Chain
Due to the dust in chains working condition, it is easy to be covered with shaft mud and affect the transmission, so it should be cleaned regularly. It can be cleaned in gasoline first, then immersed in engine oil for about 30 minutes, and drained before use. At the end of each season, the chain should be unloaded and immersed in oil, then coated with butter and placed in a dry place. The sprocket should be scrubbed clean with gasoline or diesel oil and coated with grease to prevent rust. When installing the chain, the chain should be wound on the sprocket first, and then the chain pin should be inserted. When inserting, it should be threaded from the inside to the outside so that the connecting plate can be installed and locked from the outside. It should also be kept in a proper position, and there should be a certain space to move. On disassembling, the two connecting pins on the same connecting plate can be tapped lightly with a hammer, and the pins are pulled out to remove the chain. If the chain pins are deformed, they should be filed flat before dis-assembly.
Tires
The tire pressure should be maintained daily. The empirical method to check the air pressure is to drive the car on a hard and flat road, the tire pattern plane is in contact with the road surface and there is no large deformation on the side of the tire, which is the proper air pressure. Wipe clean the valve before each inflation, and drain the dirty liquid from the pump or cylinder. In order to ensure that the newly installed inner tube is expanded and stretched without any folding, a small amount of air should be inflated first, and then inflated to standard air pressure after installation. After the inflation is completed, check whether the valve is leaking. It is strictly forbidden to approach oil or corrupt and combustible materials. Wooden blocks should be placed under the tires during storage.
V belt
Once the V-belt is stained with grease or oil, it is easy to slip, which will accelerate the damage of the V-belt, and it should be cleaned in time. It can be cleaned with gasoline, etc. If you can't find gasoline in an emergency, you can also clean with alkaline water and other cleaning agents. Do not work with oil. After the end of each season, when the harvester is maintained, the V-belt should be unloaded and hung in a ventilated and dry place, or the tensioning wheel should be loosened to make the belt slack. When installing, when the two wheelbases are about 1 m, press the middle of the V-belt with your fingers, and the tape should drop vertically by 10-20 mm. Always check the tension of the V-belt during use and adjust it at any time. The old and new V belts cannot be used at the same time.
