1.Increase the air volume of the grass exhaust fan. You can replace the original fan pulley with a small wheel (Φ155) to increase the wind speed.
2. Add extension teeth to the tail of the screen box.
3. Block the punching plate on the back side of the fruit box.
4. The baffle installed on the cleaning fan can be removed.
II, There are fruits in the straw box
Method:
1.First, judge the fruit were taken there by drum or excessive wind.
2. If caused by the drum, first remind the user to clean up the sundries on the concave plate in the fruit picking chamber, and then increase the drum speed.
3. If caused by the wind, the engine speed can be appropriately reduced.
4. Slow down the walking speed and reduce the feeding amount.
III, Broken fruit
Method:
1. Cut off the reinforcement ribs of the arc plate after crossing the bridge.
2. Clean up the tangled debris at the front end of the drum cone.
3. Reduce the speed of the drum (adjust the gear of the drum box).
4. Reduce the engine speed appropriately.
IV. Grass return back form cross bridge.
Method:
1. If a small amount of grass return back is normal, remind the user to check and clean the entanglement of the roller cone first when there is too much grass return.
2. Adjust the drum to high-end.
3. The feed is too large due to weak or damp materials, slow down the walking speed appropriately.
VI.The bottom shell of the fruit screw conveyor sends the fruit to top cover frequently
Method:
1. Increase or remove the air adjusting plate to increase the air volume to fruit.
2.Add a spring or rubber to strengthen the cover force.
