Maintenance notice for each component

1.The running side deceleration bearing and the CVT wheel must be filled with butter for maintenance. (once a day)

2.All double-row drive chains on the corn machine should be timely maintained and lubricated. (once a day)

3.The front cutter should be checked after a period of time working, if there is cadence, replace or sharpen the knife in time.

4.The lifter’s chain must be inspected and re-adjusted for 3-5 days.

5.The power belt on peeling machine transmits should be re-tightened each 1-2 days.

6.The small seeds box between the peeling machine and the granary should be all times. If full, empty in time

7.If there is any debris in the peeling machine, clean it in time, otherwise it will affect the peeling effect and the service life of the peeling roller.

8.Pay attention to the panel at any time, if less diesel,in time to fill up, the EFI engine has exhaust difficulties if no diesel.

9.During use, it is necessary to pay attention to the observation of the panel , oil, water temperature, battery, etc.

10.When replacing the front cutter, be sure to adjust the gap of the fixed knife, remember to tighten the bolt.

11.Adjust any parts, remember to tighten the bolts.

12.The engine must not contain any other objects.It should be cleaned up in time to avoid fire.

13.There is something stuck between the stripping rollers, and it must be cleaned after cutting off the power.

14.All maintenance, must be stopped, after power off(remember never maintenance with power ).
