1. Three bearings at 1, 2, and 3 must be filled with butter once a day.

2. The front hob should be checked every day. If there is any setback, it should be replaced or sharpened in time (you must pay attention to the gap between the rolling and the fixed hob when you install it again)

■ Our company's lifter adopt a segmented design to shorten the body; the header and the lifter are fast-hanging type.Equipped with safety clutch and speed alarm.

■ The front and back lifter need to check the lift chain tension after 3-5 days’ using.

■ Inspection method: first loosen the M8 nut at 1 position and open the observation cover. Grasp the middle of the promotion chain, and the distance between each class should not be greater than 20mm. If there is greater than, the chain should be tightened in time.

■ The tightening method: loosen the spare nut at 2 places, twist the other nut, push the bearing seat plate, and the lifting chain is tightened.
