Cutter blocked

    1. Encounter hard objects such as stones, sticks, steel wires;
     2. The cutting gap between the moving and fixed blades is too large, which causes the grass to be blocked.
     3. Damaged blades or blade guards;
     4. The stubble is low due to the low stalks of the crop, so that the blades have soil.

     1. Stop immediately to remove hard objects;
     2. Adjust the blade clearance;
     3. Replace the blades and sharpen the blade guard, or replace the blade guard;
     4. Raise header height and clear soil.

Stacked crops on harvesting cutter bar

    1. The gap between the header auger and the bottom of the header is too large;
     2. The stalk is too short , the reel is too high or too forward;
     3. The reel speed is too low;
     4. Crop short and thin

     1. Adjust the gap as required;
     2. Lower or move the reel to minimize stubble;
     3. Increase the revolver speed;
     4. Increase machine forward speed

Crops cannot be fed overhead on the header auger

     1. The forward speed of the machine is too high;
     2. The reel nails position is incorrect;
     3. The reel is too far away from the feed auger

     1. Reduce the forward speed of the machine;
     2. Adjust the front telescopic position forward and upward;
     3. Move the reel backward

Reel hits too many grains

     1. The revolver speed is too high, and the number of hits is high;
     2. The reel is positioned forward, with high strike intensity;
     3. The reel is on the high side, hitting spikes

     1. Reduce the reel speed;
     2. Move the reel position back;
     3. Lower the reel height

Reel turning the grass

1. The reel position is too low;
     2. The spring tooth of the reel lean back;
     3. The reel position is too far behind

     1. Raise the reel position;
     2. Adjust the angle of the reel tooth according to requirements;
     3. Reel position moved forward

Reel shaft stuck in grass

     1. Crops are in disorder;
     2. Crop stalks are too high and too wet

     1. Stop and remove weeds in time;
     2. Properly raise the reel position

The crop is dumped forward

     1. The forward speed of the machine is too high;
     2. The reel speed is too low;
     3. Soil on the cutter;
     4. Moving knife cutting speed is too low

    1. Reduce the forward speed of the machine;
     2. Increase the reel speed;
     3. Clear the soil on the cutter;
     4. Check and adjust the tension of the pendulum ring box transmission belt
