Power Output Characteristics

The MT5C plum flexible coupling is used between the power output shaft and the engine flywheel. The coupling has the advantages of soft transmission torque, strong radial, axial and angular error compensation ability for the manufacture and installation of related components, large torque reserve coefficient, long service life and convenient assembly and disassembly.

In use, it is possible to feel the elastic member being severely worn, plastically deformed or damaged by twisting the power take-off pulley by hand when the engine is stopped. Generally, when the torsion is idling, the outer edge of the pulley is idling within 8 mm, and the elastic member is considered to be working normally.

It must be tightened when installing the double nut, and the tightening torque is not less than 260N.m.

Unloading Grain

The unloading of grain is achieved by the driver through the unloading of the grain clutch lever, and the lower pressure is engaged and lifted.
