Function: The Drum Is Used For Degranulation, And Most Of The Removed Grains Are Quickly Separated.

When the adjustment handle is advanced, the threshing gap is decreased, and vice versa. The threshing gap is divided into four gears, namely 5 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm and 20 mm. The threshing gap should be selected according to the difficulty of grain threshing. For small crops that are difficult to thresh, wet crops should be small, but should not be too small. Causes grain breakage and host blockage. Dry and easy to thresh crops use large gaps, but too large is easy to cause entrainment. The size of the threshing gap was checked through the left and right side wall observation holes. Always remove residual grain from the concave plate to reduce clogging and separation losses.

The adjustment of the axial flow drum speed can be achieved by a combination of pulleys. The outer diameter of the pulley of the transmission intermediate shaft is 324 mm at the factory; the diameter of the pulley of the axial flow roller is 290 mm, and the rotation speed of the axial flow roller is 1110 and 844 respectively. For the more difficult to thresh crops, especially when it is wet, when the feed amount is large, the rotation speed is high; for the late stage, it is easy to thresh, especially for the fragile crops.
