Parts Details:

1. When the cutter is in the two extreme positions of the reciprocating motion, the center line of the moving blade should be the edge guard

The center line coincides by adjusting the relative position of the cutter head and the cutter bar.

2. The upper working faces of all blade protectors should be in the same plane, with a height difference of no more than 0.5 mm.

3. The arbor of the moving knife should be kept straight and the straightness is not more than 0.5 mm.

4. The front and rear clearance of the arbor in the edge guard is not more than 0.8 mm.

5. The lower working surface of the moving blade and the upper working surface of the blade should be fitted. The gap between the front end of the moving blade should be no more than 0.5 mm, and the back clearance should be no more than 1.5 mm.

Function:

The harvested crops are transported by spiral blades to the bridge feed inlet, which is then transferred to the bridge by the telescopic rack.
